Kitchen Remodeling

Description: The existing countertops were replaced with granite ones, the existing floors were replaced with hardwood, and new cabinets and appliances were installed.

Second-Floor Deck with Staircase

Description: (1) Built second-floor deck with staircase at Jefferson Park Circle in Charlottesville.

Description: Extended roof over front steps. Also replaced existing metal railings on steps with wooden railings. Project at Swanson Drive, Charlottesville

Home Office Addition

Description: An existing shed was torn down and replaced with a 10’x15’ detached home office.

Building a Deck

Description: Deck builders in Richmond, Virginia built a 246 square foot free-standing deck at the rear of the house.

Sunroom Addition in Richmond, Virginia

Description: Built a 12'x16' sunroom with three sliding doors and five sliding windows. Also painted the sunroom exterior.

Wooden Fence Installation

Description: The customer wanted an existing basket-weave fence removed. A new 6-foot high shadow-box fence was installed, featuring a walk-in gate and a double-drive gate.

Bathroom Remodeling

Description: The customer had hired a previous contractor who walked out after doing the demolition work. 45Fix brought in a Service Provider to finish the job, including installing a new tub, installing tile flooring, hanging drywall and painting.

Attic Remodeling

Description: The room had been gutted to remove guano following a bat infestation. New insulation, sheetrock and ceilings had to be installed and painted.

Blue Moon Diner

Description: A local restaurant was repainted. The work included the removal of cedar shingles from the building, powerwashing, caulking the windows and doors and patching missing mortar.

Shingles and Skylights

Description: The customer’s existing shingles were removed and replaced with 2-ply 20-year shingles. Also, two skylights were installed in the roof.

ATO Fraternity House

Description: This project was a significant remodeling of a bathroom in a fraternity house. The shower, toilet and sink were replaced. In addition, the existing floor was removed and replaced with tile.

Description: The shower and toilet were replaced. In addition, vinyl flooring was installed and tile on the walls was replaced by wainscoting.

Description: Two stone pillars were built to hold a sign. The pillars are a solid core with dry-stack facing.
